Quick Answer
To set up call forwarding on Jio: dial **67*[number]# (forward when busy) and **61*[number]# (forward when no answer). Press call after each. Wait for confirmation SMS. To cancel all: ##002#. Replace [number] with your Katch AI number from the app.

Open your phone dialer
The default phone app. Not WhatsApp calls.
Dial the "when busy" code and press call
Press the green call button after typing. Do not add spaces.
Wait for Jio confirmation
You'll receive an SMS or hear a voice confirmation: "Call Forwarding Activated". Takes 5–10 seconds.
Repeat for "when no answer"
This covers calls that ring but you don't answer in time.
Test it
Ask a friend to call you while you're on another call. Katch should answer, have a conversation with them, and send you an instant summary.
If USSD codes don't work on your plan, use the MyJio app:
USSD code says "Not Allowed"
Some Jio prepaid plans restrict USSD call forwarding. Use the MyJio app method instead, or contact Jio care on 199.
No confirmation SMS received
Try restarting your phone after dialling the code. Check if you heard a voice confirmation during the call, that also counts.
Forwarding to international number
Include the full country code, e.g. **67*+91XXXXXXXXXX# for Indian numbers. Katch numbers use Indian country codes.
Calls not forwarding in tests
Verify with *#67# to check status. Make sure you set both **67* (busy) and **61* (no answer), you need both for full coverage.
